Confidentiality
The PA PHP recognizes the sensitive nature of the services it provides and the information it possesses. The PA PHP services are designed to maintain confidentiality of participant records, both paper copy and digital. The PA PHP follows substance use disorder regulations at the federal and state levels. Case information, including names and related information, will not be divulged to any person outside of the PA PHP staff without participant consent .
