Confidentiality
The NHP recognizes the sensitive nature of the services it provides and the information it possesses. The NHP services are designed to maintain confidentiality of participant records, both paper copy and digital. The NHP follows substance use disorder regulations at the federal and state levels. Case information, including names and related information, will not be divulged to any person outside of the NHP staff without participant consent.
