The Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery

PAD was organized in 1966 to address the educational, socio-economic, and political issues facing dermatology in our state. Since our inception, we have grown to hundreds of members and continue to grow. The main purpose of the PAD is to promote high quality, accessible dermatological care for all individuals.

Public Health and Education Fund

The Public Health and Education Fund raises funds and provides grant funding to institutionsthat seek to educate Pennsylvanians about sun safety and skin care. The Committee also coordinatesand executes community outreach programs that further awareness of skin health, such as skin cancer screenings.
